Safety is the top priority of UTair-Helicopter Services, the key component of the Company's image and reputation. Our primary goal is to work without aviation accidents. Pursuant to the new procedure developed by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and in accordance with the requirements of Russian laws we have created, implemented and are working to improve the Safety Management System (SMS), which:
- aims to identify actual and potential safety threats;

guarantees that corrective actions are taken as required to mitigate hazards;

ensures continuous monitoring and regular assessment of the safety level reached.
It is in our best interest to achieve the highest safety levels not only within our Company, but in the industry as a whole. As a member of such professional communities as HeliOffshore and International Helicopter Safety Team (IHST-CIS), we openly share information and experience on both domestic and international levels, examine and implement the world's best practices.
The voluntary reporting system that we have developed enables us to ensure the safety of our Customers, employees and partners. Any employee or client can report a violation of safety rules or code of ethics by using the voluntary report form available via the link above.
